  Visited for Friday night fish fry and the experience did not disappoint. After a brief stop in the bar upon arrival (for mixed drinks and wine, which were reasonably priced!) we found our table in the comfortable and cozy dining area. In our party of eight, several ordered the perch plate, which was very good. Lightly breaded, flavorful lake perch paired with German potato salad was something I'd enjoy again. My only wish would be adding another piece of perch and subtracting about half of the potato salad from the plate. Others in the party ordered steaks (which were positively received), salmon (not overcooked, very moist), and a German meat and potatoes dish. The evening was finished with an excellent grasshopper dessert drink. Kudos to the staff and chefs for a very enjoyable evening.

  Very good food and reasonable prices. Nice friendly atmosphere. Liver pate on the salad bar is a house specialty. Great steaks and seafood. Back room available for private groups. Check it out.
